Fantastic city, fantastic apartment, fantastic host. I quickly arranged everything with Nevena. She advised me on all I needed regarding cultural events and the best places for going out in Split. The apartment exudes finesse, it is elegantly furnished, has for a more than what is necessary. I especially liked that I could do my remote work without interference. My recommendation is - you don't want to miss this apartment and this city.

A beautiful new apartment very close to the centre of town - less than 5 mins walk to the centre. Close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, and the apartment is nice and peaceful. Everything in the apartment is brand new, very clean, comfy bed with blackout curtains in the bedroom, a great shower. Fast wifi and a good desk for working. Nevena is an excellent host - very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay here for 2 weeks, definitely recommended! 🙂

Great location. Modern and comfortable apartment. Well equipped and clean. Neighborhood and quiet building, safe and very close to downtown, bakery, supermarket and transportation. Communication with Nevena was very effective. She was very attentive to everything during my stay. It was very kind to my mother and I loved the stay in the apartment.

Fantastic apartment - all new inside and really well maintained. It has everything you need including air conditioning in all the rooms - essential in 35c plus weather & washer drier Host was friendly, communicated quickly and was really accommodating ; allowing us to check in early (we arrived on an early morning flight) . Location is very good near Marjan park (great for running) and walkable to the main part of Split town. Lovely bakery close by and supermarket. Also short walk to bus stops including from airport. Local buses excellent value to Kasjuni beach Trogir Omis etc. Promet bus app cheaper than buying on the bus & you can check times etc

Its proximity to old town, harbour, where we took amazing 4 island tour, shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic and always answered questions quickly, fruit juice and chocolates on arrival were a lovely touch. Thank you Nevena.

The apartment is excellent. For stay, for sleeping, for everything. Extra large bed, excellent mattress, fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, lots of towels, comfy sofa, all we could need. But the most heartbreaking experience was Nevena herself. Proactive, fully and instantly reactive to all our needs, the most amazing host we could ask for. This is just my third straight 10 scoring in 15 years and Nevena is the reason because for the very first time I realised the great importance of having a perfect fully supportive host.

Apartman je bio iznad svih očekivanja. Savršeno opremljen, uredan, vlasnica pristupačna 24/7. Sve što nam je trebalo imali smo, npr. kišobran, ležaljke za plažu, papuče, kućni ogrtači, kuhinjska folija, začini, tablete za periilicu za posuđe, itd. Možda čak najbolji apartman u kojem sam bila.

Nevena est vraiment une hôte exceptionnelle, au petit soin pour ses invités. Elle demande si tout va bien, si on ne manque de rien. Son appartement est au top, très propre au calme, super bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre de la vieille ville et des restaurants. On reviendra les yeux fermés.

The apartment has a great location! We quickly reached the old town, the harbor, and the stadium. The accommodation has a washer and dryer (which was very convenient) and we also needed a new hair straightener. Overall, the apartment was modern and very clean! Nevena was great too! She was always there for us and answered every question we had, thank you! If we travel to Split again, we will book this apartment again!

Everything was absolutely perfect!!! The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need for a perfect staying. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The room is big and the bed is super comfortable. You have 2 smart TV’s in bedroom and also in dining room. The apartment is perfectly located near the centrum, 10 minutes by walk. You have a super tasty pastry in 3 minutes. You have parking spot in front of the apartment and we find everyday one. Nevena is the best host that you can have. She is so kind and interested all the time if you have a nice and pleasant stay. She gives you and help you with everything that you need for a beautiful vacation. I realy recommend this place!!!

The apartment was very clean and good as new. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked allowing us to relax from the moment we entered. We got help booking the airport taxi too with a company that knew the address well. The 2 TVs and the WiFi were great but there is easy access to the outdoor activities that we didn’t spend much time indoors. The host, Nevena is always responsive and keen on the guests having a good time. Wouldn’t recommend so you have a hassle free holiday!
